1 : 1 PRIVATE SESSION

During these sessions, we will talk about whatever you feel is holding you back from healing and prioritizing you. This relates to things in the moment as well as trauma that may not have been resolved. I focus on goal-setting and solution-focused outcomes. I will work to get you out of your comfort zone and more familiar with having uncomfortable conversations. You will be challenged during these sessions and encouraged to work through whatever you feel you cannot move past or struggle with in your daily life. I strive to help with self-care and figuring out the best strategies to keep it a priority in your life. You will be provided with resources and assignments to assist with your overall development. It begins with reframing your thoughts and changing your mindset. I work to hold you accountable in your daily life so that you can become a better, happier you. With TEEP, you have support with you, always.

Standard Package Rates

We offer a variety of packages that you are able to choose from for your 1 : 1 Private Session.

Monthly (1/month)

30 - minute session | $45

1 - hour session | $75

Biweekly (2/month)

30 - minute session | $80

1 - hour session | $130

Weekly (4/month)

30 - minute session | $150

1 - hour session | $250

Aside from our private sessions, you will have access to the following:

• Check-ins tailored to your needs to keep you accountable

Duration

Every person is different, and with that, the length that we are together will depend upon the support you need and the progress that you make. Throughout our time together, we will work collaboratively to determine when we should end.

Additional Sessions

I understand that you have limited control over what goes on around you. You have the option to add additional sessions if you need support. For adding an additional 30-minute session, it will be an additional $35. For adding an additional 1-hour session, it will be an additional $55.
