We are so glad you're here!

Whether you were scrolling aimlessly through dozens of websites attempting to find your fit, or if a loved one sent you our way, we are happy that you are here. We are passionate about supporting individuals holistically and figuring out ways to have more joyous moments in their everyday lives. Your life does not have to be perfect, it simply has to be beautiful to you. We are here to help you find the beauty in everyday life by deepening your understanding of self-care techniques (no, not just bubble baths and face masks!) as well as reframing your mindset.

Let me introduce myself

Hi! My name is MyKailah, but I go by Kailah, it's nice to meet you! I am the founder of The Everlasting Empowerment Project (TEEP) and a self-care and wellness coach.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a double emphasis on Mental Health and Diversity. I had the pleasure of doing fulfilling work surrounding mental health and assisting individuals with ways that promote their mental health and reduce the stigma; specifically in communities of color. I am currently enrolled in a Master of Arts program in Counseling Psychology at Western Michigan University, where I am working toward receiving my Limited Licensed Psychologist licensure, with an anticipated completion date of August 2023.

Although my interest and passion for diversity and mental health are never-ending and I am constantly learning, I have found myself devoted to serving Minority individuals facing disparities or microaggressions, college students experiencing mental health concerns (specifically dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, worry/stress, or depressive thoughts), as well as individuals experiencing social or interpersonal relationship concerns.

I strive to empower, support, and educate individuals to lead their most authentic and beautiful lives.

Thank you for listening!

Warmly,

Kailah

Master's Level Psychologist & Wellness Coach

Hey Hey, my name is Mya, short for Tamya. I am from Chicago, Illinois, but I am currently studying at Grand Valley State University located in Michigan. I will be completing my Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations this December. The outbreak of COVID-19 led me to take up this major, as I have a keen interest in social media and television. In addition to my studies, dance is a passion of mine that I have been pursuing for over a decade. It serves as an outlet for self-expression and emotional release. This semester, I am interning with The Everlasting Empowerment Project, which I believe will help me hone my skills for my future career and also provide me with insights into self-care.

Warmly,

Mya
