My name is Kailah, and I genuinely cannot wait to get to know you more! I am a mental health professional with a background in psychology (emphasis in mental health and diversity), inclusivity, and social justice.

Self-Care
Self-care requires that you take care of yourself and dig deep to find out what it is you really need to heal yourself. It can require practice, commitment, and deep introspection. You will create a plan for what self-care looks like to you and how you can incorporate it into your daily life.
Mindset
You will be challenged to acknowledge, grieve, and change whatever beliefs that have been holding you back from being successful. We will work to uncover those beliefs, habits, patterns, and behaviors that take away from you living your best life.
Mental Health
We will work as a team to support you in various ways to keep your life on a path to success. That could vary from helping you manage emotions, challenge negative thinking patterns, procrastination, lack of motivation, improve relationship skills, or reduce stress and anxiety. We utilize a hands-on approach to keep you accountable and on track.
